Lecture Material Consent Form

(A) I understand that I do not have the right to publish or use the Material outside of the course.
(B) I shall not transfer and/or share the Material to any other individual or legal entity.
(C) I understand that recording and transmission of class lectures, meetings, discussions or other activities of the course online and/or onsite are prohibited.
(D) Hiossen reserves the right to impose additional restrictions or deny the access to the Material at any time.

(E) By registering for any AIC course, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand this consent form and agree to be bound thereby.

Certification & CE Credits

Certificates will be provided after course completion and CE credits will be issued within two weeks of course completion.
