Hiossen Implant is committed to making eshop.hiossen.com usable by every dental professional we serve, including those who use assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not a feature we added afterward.

Conformance standard

We work to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the recognized international benchmark for accessible web content and are the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we have implemented

• Body text at a minimum of 15px, with a 16px base and generous line spacing, so part numbers and specifications stay legible.
• Text and background color combinations that meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
• Full keyboard navigation, including the catalog menus, search, and checkout, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Descriptive alternative text on product and instructional images.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels and clear, specific error messages.
• Semantic headings and landmark regions so screen readers can navigate page structure.
• No auto-playing media and no content that flashes or moves without your input.
• Layouts that reflow for magnification and smaller viewports without loss of content or function.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a finished state. We review new templates and features against WCAG 2.1 AA before release and re-audit the storefront periodically. Some third-party components, including embedded payment and financing forms, are outside our direct control. Where we identify a barrier in one of these, we work with the vendor toward a fix and offer an alternative way to complete the task in the meantime.

If any part of this site prevents you from finding a product, verifying compatibility, or placing an order, we want to hear about it. Reports from customers are the most reliable way we find problems.
